SAOMANGKON DEVELOPME STATE COMPANY

On the morning of November 7, 2025, SaoMungkon Development State Company organized the 1st Petanque Tournament. On the occasion of the successful conclusion of the 6th Party Committee Conference of the Ministry of National Defense, greetings to the 50th anniversary of National Day on December 2 and the 76th anniversary of the founding of the Lao People's Army, Led by Colonel Bounyong Phandanouvong, President of SaoMungKon Development State Company.

On August 5, 2025, SaoMungKon State Development Company led by Colonel Bounyong Phandanouvong, General Director of SaoMungKon State Development Company, donated funds to the Ministry of National Defense. On December 25, 2024, at the Ministry of National Defense, SaoMungKon State Development Company donated 1,500,000,000 kip in support to the Ministry of National Defense for the year 2024, by Colonel Bounyong Phandanouvong, Director of SaoMungKon State Development Company, which was received by Senior Lieutenant General Khamlieng Phuttakaysone, Central Committee Member and Minister of National Defense.

On7.11.2023The committee monitored and promoted the project of  TaiShan MingJin MiningCo., Ltd. as a cooperation project with the SaoMangKon State Development company, Ministry of National Defense. A project to explore mine and process gold ore with the Government of the Lao PDR in an area of 24.28 square kilometers. In the areas of VangPha, VangKao, ThongKhor, NaKadok and NaThon villages, KhamKheud district, Bolikhamxay province, led by Colonel Boussadee Inthalangsy, Deputy Director of the Ministry of National Defense Office, and his delegation, and welcomed by Mr. LIU FA, Director of the company, and his delegation.
